We charge a flat $6.00 rate for shipping in the United States only. Currently, international shipping is not available. Please allow 4-6 business days for delivery.
About Our Products
All of our products are hand-made by New Delhi artisans. Our pieces are all unique and are not manufactured by machines, but diligently constructed by the ladies of AshaBelle.
Pieces may vary in size and shape as no two stones are exactly alike. We try our best to match color and shape in order to be consistent, but sometimes there are variances from piece to piece. Brass pieces will oxidize over time giving it an antiqued look—they can be cleaned with a jewelry cloth or by gently using Brasso on the brass parts.
All metal and brass jewelry should be kept away from water and humidity. Storing it in a sealed bag will preserve the overall look of your pieces.
Silver pieces are made with base metal unless otherwise specified (pearl strands use sterling silver). Sterling silver is used on earring hooks and with pearl strands, but not solitaires. Keep away from water and moisture to preserve the look of your product.
Our Crochet and Knitwear - Each piece is hand-made by one of our trained artisans. Care instructions: Our knit and crochet products are made from Acryllic, Wool Blends or Pure Wool and should be delicately washed by hand and laid flat to dry. Do not wring out.
We are grateful for your business and hope you'll be 100% satisfied with your AshaBelle product. If you are unsatisfied we want to help. At this time we cannot offer a refund, but will gladly exchange a salable item in its original packaging for something else or replace a defective product within 30 days of the shipping date. Please email us first with the problem/question at email@example.com and then return your product(s) to the address provided within 30 days for exchange or replacement (shipping is non-refundable).
If your merchandise arrives damaged we will work with you to replace it as quickly as possible. Please send a detailed email to hello@AshaBelle.com and someone should respond within 48 hours. Please include your order number or date of purchase in the email.
If there is a defect in the construct of your product, please notify us within 45 days of your shipment date and we will work to replace your item as quickly as possible. Please send a detailed email to hello@AshaBelle.com, then send the defective item along with a note and copy of receipt to address provided.
After we receive the defective item we will send you a replacement. Please note that some items will take longer to replace due to availability and it could take up to 60 days to do so. You should receive notification of when you can expect a replacement. If for some reason that item is discontinued, we can replace it with a piece of equal value or work to find a reasonable solution for you.
